Offer presented and accepted

We leverage our good relationships with fellow brokers to ensure your offer gets full consideration. With an accepted offer, we will help you navigate every step.

Due diligence

We ensure all proper inspections are completed so that you have all the information to make your final decisions. A buyer's repair addendum and appraisal is also completed during this time.

Final Lender approval

Lender submits all loan documents to escrow.

Signing appointment

We meet in person or with a notary to sign all necessary documents to finalize the purchase with escrow.

Final Review

Lender reviews all signed documents and releases funds to escrow. Escrow closes and records with the county.
